Integrity – Joseph Paradigm

 But he (Joseph) refused and said to his master’s wife, “Look, my master does not know what is with me in the house, and he has committed all that he has to my hand. There is no one greater in this house than I, nor has he kept back anything from me but you, because you are his wife. How then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?  (Gen 39:8-9)

Like Joseph, we uphold divine standard of integrity. Since we acknowledge that we are ultimately accountable to God for whatever we do, we strive to honor God with our conduct, our resources and ministry in private and in public. 

Excellence - Daniel Paradigm 

Then this Daniel distinguished himself above the governors and satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king gave thought to setting him over the whole realm (Dan 6:3).

Like Daniel, we operate with a spirit of excellence by pursuing perfection in our ministry.  

Humility – Paul Paradigm 

But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us (2 Cor 4:7).

Like Paul, we believe that we are vessels of God, and so every good thing that we do comes from above. Therefore, we do not take credit for the grace that God gives us to serve the church and the world with truth and love.
